Those who know me, know how much I love trees, I even love the dead ones. Back to reality today. #venturingducks #travel #findpenguins Last pub of the trip, was stoked that it has reopened. Even running entertainment and Jag the joker. #venturingducks #apexpubs This was on our “stay at next time” list. 9 months later we got there. Great little park if you are travelling to or through Ravenswood QLD. #venturingducks Checked out the dinosaurs in Hughenden, but what really impressed me was the recreational lake they have built in town. 22 hectares, has a beach for swimming, a boat ramp for motorised boating, a fishing jetty, picnic and play areas and a path for walking around it. A little walk around in Julia Creek, great history here with lots of information. This is such a great little town. If you get here make sure to spend time at the information centre and watch the videos around the place. You can also get to see a Fat Tailed Dunnart.
